1. Introduction
j2jl Gaming Corporation ("j2jl," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of all users ("you," "your," or "User") who access or use the j2jl platform, including websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 6. Data Retention
j2jl retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods include:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship and for five (5) years after account closure to comply with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Transaction Records: Retained for seven (7) years as required by Philippine tax law and AMLC regulations.
- KYC and Identity Verification Documents: Retained for five (5) years after account closure as required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.
- Communications and Support Records: Retained for three (3) years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
- Marketing and Analytics Data: Retained for two (2) years unless you request earlier deletion.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use certain Platform features.
