1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the j2jl platform, including all websites, mobile applications, software, games, and services offered by j2jl Gaming Corporation ("j2jl," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any j2jl services, you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with j2jl and expressly agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of j2jl services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use j2jl services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age as mandated by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations. j2jl operates a strict age verification system and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to confirm your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately terminated, and all winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, legal guardianship, or court-ordered gambling restrictions are prohibited from using j2jl services.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines when accessing j2jl services. j2jl employs geolocation verification technology and prohibits access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or j2jl. If you have previously self-excluded from j2jl or any PAGCOR-licensed operator, you are prohibited from creating a new account during the exclusion period.
• Single Account Policy: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with j2jl. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to PAGCOR for regulatory action.

j2jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet these requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests and acknowledge that failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days constitutes grounds for account closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j2jl is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all account holders. Before processing any withdrawal, j2jl will require you to submit the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your government ID for biometric verification

All KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. j2jl reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet verification standards and to request additional documentation as necessary. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will be restricted from placing further wagers until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2jl account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Create a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or authenticator app
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify j2jl customer support if you suspect unauthorized account access
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices

j2jl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. All transactions conducted using your account credentials are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you provide evidence of unauthorized access and report such access within 24 hours of occurrence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

j2jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (InstaPay/PesoNet), and other payment methods approved by PAGCOR and displayed on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly stated at the time of transaction. j2jl reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes and to modify available payment methods without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your j2jl wallet in Philippine Pesos (PHP). j2jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your j2jl account. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned, minus applicable processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful completion of KYC verification. j2jl aims to process verified withdrawals within 3 minutes for GCash transactions during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time). Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take 1-3 business days depending on receiving bank processing times.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. j2jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and transaction history, as outlined in your account dashboard.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

j2jl is required by Philippine anti-money laundering law to monitor all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Transactions displaying patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity will be flagged for investigation, and affected accounts will be suspended pending resolution. j2jl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR as required by law.

5. Wagering and Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Fairness and Random Number Generation

All games offered on j2jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems tested and approved by independent auditors including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) or BMM Testlabs. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and are not influenced by j2jl, the player, or any third party. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are mathematically accurate over the long term but do not guarantee results in individual gaming sessions.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All wagers are final once accepted by the j2jl system and confirmed in your transaction history. j2jl reserves the right to void any bet placed due to:

• Technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect odds display
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (for sports betting)
• Bets placed using exploited bonuses or system vulnerabilities
• Bets placed by players who were ineligible at the time of wager (e.g., self-excluded, underage, or located outside permitted jurisdiction)

In the event of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your account balance. j2jl is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from voided bets.

5.3 Maximum Winnings and Payout Limits

Maximum winnings per individual bet and per 24-hour period are subject to limits that vary by game type. Sports betting maximum payout is PHP 1,000,000 per bet slip. Casino games maximum payout is PHP 5,000,000 per individual spin or hand. Progressive jackpot games pay out the displayed jackpot amount with no maximum limit. All payout limits are subject to change and are displayed in the applicable game rules.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

j2jl offers bonuses and promotions at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in the promotional offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots and video poker: 100% contribution
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution
• Live casino games: 10% contribution
• Sports betting: 50% contribution (minimum odds 1.75)

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time period (typically 30 days from bonus issuance). j2jl reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected.

6.2 Prohibited Bonus Activities

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements ("chip dumping" or "collusion")
• Employing betting strategies designed to guarantee profit while clearing wagering requirements (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette)
• Delaying game rounds to benefit from bonuses after wagering is complete

Detection of bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and account termination. j2jl reserves the right to recover funds obtained through bonus abuse by withholding future withdrawals.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage in multiplayer games or poker
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to transfer funds to another player
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place wagers
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for profit
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms to guarantee profit
• Money Laundering: Using j2jl services to launder proceeds from illegal activities
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs or proxy servers to access j2jl from prohibited jurisdictions or while self-excluded

Violation of any prohibited activity results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as appropriate. j2jl reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages resulting from prohibited activities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by j2jl

j2jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete KYC verification, or if continued account operation poses risk to j2jl, other players, or regulatory compliance. Suspended accounts remain restricted until the issue is resolved or the account is permanently terminated.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j2jl customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirements. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened until the self-exclusion period expires and cannot be immediately closed—self-exclusion is a binding commitment.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination. j2jl reserves the right to withhold funds in terminated accounts if outstanding disputes, investigations, or legal proceedings are pending.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, j2jl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of j2jl services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

j2jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your j2jl account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

j2jl is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond j2jl's reasonable control. You accept that online gaming inherently involves financial risk and that losses are a normal consequence of gambling activity.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint regarding j2jl services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting j2jl customer support at [email protected]. All complaints must include your account username, detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation, and your proposed resolution. j2jl will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within 14 business days.

10.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with j2jl's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR by filing a formal complaint through PAGCOR's player protection division. PAGCOR contact information is available at www.pagcor.ph. PAGCOR has authority to investigate complaints, compel j2jl compliance, and impose sanctions for regulatory violations.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through internal complaint procedures or PAGCOR escalation shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against j2jl.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, except as otherwise required by mandatory arbitration provisions.

j2jl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine gambling regulations, anti-money laundering laws, data protection laws, and consumer protection statutes.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

j2jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email notification and prominent display on the j2jl platform. Continued use of j2jl services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using j2jl services and request account closure.
